Koia Kia Tū

"Koia kia tū" is a traditional Māori strength and balance class designed specifically for kaumātua, incorporating the principles of tai chi. In this unique program, kaumātua are provided with a culturally relevant and inclusive environment where they can enhance their physical well-being. Through the practice of tai chi, kaumātua can improve their strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance, while also promoting a sense of calmness.
